we flying first class, up in the sky.

so mom and i made a super quick and surprise trip to NC.
and they just sentenced one of the men to death.
so my mom and her other best friend (who is sisters to the victim) were interviewed on the today show.
so we packed up our stuff and flew down there.

on a lighter note...
mom wanted me to look good for our drivers who picked us up.
we had the royal treatment.
a driver to and home the airport, and one back home.
all being GORGEOUS lincolns that i died over.
so i had to look like a celeb going on a fabulous getaway.
so heres my the look.

    Thats really horrific. I saw a TLC documentary on the murders. Hope your mom and the rest of your family have found some peace now that one of the men have been sentenced.

    Reading that article literally made me feel sick. I've always been against the death penalty and glad we don't have it here but in a case like that- they don't deserve to live. Thinking about it has made me go cold all over :(

    Oh my goodness, that's just horrific! I can't believe that happened and that you actually knew that poor family. I can't say that I can relate but my mom's best friend's son died in an accident a year ago and it really hit us hard...so I really do hope your mom is doing OK!
